A jersey built around your project
This service is for independent brands, creators, collectives and teams developing their own jersey. Start with an idea, prepared artwork or an existing sample that needs refinement.
From Guangzhou, we coordinate design and construction with the local materials, production and logistics network. Your scope can include fit, fabrics, colours, graphics, labels and packaging, according to the work agreed for your project.
Set the shape, then check the measurements

Silhouette, length and collar shape determine how a jersey wears. Use references to explain the direction, then confirm the fit through garment measurements and a physical sample rather than a size label alone.
- Choose the silhouette and identify a reference garment that fits as intended.
- Review body width, length and sleeves using a consistent measuring method.
- Confirm the collar shape and opening when reviewing the sample.
Take fabric choices beyond the image

Fabric structure affects how a jersey looks and feels. Use a physical sample to assess texture, drape and how airy it feels; a photograph alone cannot establish composition, weight or performance.
- Describe the intended feel, drape and use before selecting materials.
- Compare texture and colour on a physical sample as well as in photographs.
- Discuss how to check breathability requirements; appearance alone cannot confirm them.
Decide where your brand appears

Logos, labels and packaging shape how the jersey is presented. Define their purpose and placement, then agree the available execution options for your project before treating any detail as settled.
- Share artwork you have permission to use, with intended sizes and positions.
- Review label content and placement alongside the design.
- Confirm materials, finishing and packaging within the project scope and quote.
Share your starting point
You do not need every decision settled. Understanding the intended use and your priorities helps us define the work required. Tell us which details define your brand and which can be adapted to suit the materials or construction.
- Your brand or team, audience and intended use.
- Design stage and references for fit, colours and finishing.
- Estimated quantity and size breakdown, if known.
- Budget with currency, delivery country and target date.
- Any requirements for labels, presentation and packaging.
Approve each stage before moving forward
We first review your brief and clarify open decisions. Then we agree the design work, materials and sample scope, including the revisions being allowed for.
You review the sample and specifications before confirming production. Quantity, finishing, checks, price and schedule are agreed for that order. Before shipment, we confirm packing and the delivery option; later changes are reviewed for their effect on cost and timing.
A quote tied to the actual decisions
Your quote distinguishes included services from charges that need separate confirmation. Minimum quantities and timing depend on fabric, construction, customisation and availability, so they are reviewed with your project.
- Design work and preparation of specifications, where needed.
- Materials, sample making and agreed revisions.
- Production, finishing, labels and packaging.
- Shipping and applicable destination charges, with the included costs identified.
Material and decoration: what to confirm together
Share the stated base composition, its colour and a dimensioned image of the artwork. Mark missing details as pending. Choosing embroidery, printing or another approach requires a review of both garment and design; a reference image does not identify the manufacturing process.
For embroidery, ask which small details, lettering and backing will be reviewed on the chosen base. For a proposed sublimation process, confirm material and background-colour compatibility first: Epson describes polyester or prepared surfaces, usually light in colour. This does not identify every shirt or any print in our photographs as sublimated.
Agree which sample will allow the result to be reviewed before the choice is finalised. Technical references inform the questions; they do not establish universal settings or certify tests performed by the studio.

Details worth settling early
A reference image helps explain the direction, but does not replace an approved sample or permission to copy someone else’s design. Confirm you can use the artwork and branding you provide, and identify the details that must stay consistent.
Sending an enquiry starts a discussion; it does not place an order or make a payment. If you want to test materials or refine the fit before considering a production run, sampling can be your next step.
Before you send your idea
Can I start with a sketch or mockup?
Yes. Add a short note with the jersey’s intended use, estimated quantity and decisions already made. For each reference, identify what interests you: fit, collar, fabric or graphics. Mark the rest as “to be defined” so we can agree what design development is needed.
How do I explain the fit I want?
If you have a garment that fits as intended, share its measurements and how you took them. Keep garment measurements separate from body measurements. Explain what you would keep and what you would change; a size label or the word “oversized” alone does not define the result.
What quantity should I give if I have not decided yet?
Give an approximate range and separate sample units from possible production. Include the number of designs, colours, sizes and the destination. These details let us review feasibility and the scope of a quote; minimum quantities, costs and timing are confirmed for each project.
